Longevity Program
The National Irish Wolfhound Association celebrates our Senior Irish Wolfhounds!
We encourage all Irish Wolfhound owners to contact us to register their dog for our Longevity Program. This program celebrates our special Veterans. The more members of our program, the better we may research and educate.
To list your dog in our Longevity program, you do not have to be a member of the Association. We recognize all AKC and PAL registered Irish Wolfhounds, as will as pure bred Irish Wolfhounds registered through other National Dog Registries. Your Irish Wolfhound must be at least 8 years of age, and still be alive.
To confirm the dogs age: We require a copy of the dogs current or most recent check up, or, a dated veterinarians letter stating the dog is still alive and has been seen, this must be printed on professional letterhead, with office address and phone number.
Then:
-
Fill out and attach the required registration form from the PDF file,
-
Attach a copy of the dogs registration form from either AKC, or the registry that your dog is registered with.
-
Attach a copy of the veterinarian paperwork.
-
An optional photo can be scanned and sent through email only
