Saying goodbye to 2020 and Hello to 2021

Nanette Marks

Many of us would agree that 2020 was a particularly difficult year. It opened our eyes to the needs of people in caring for their Wolfhounds during the pandemic with many experiencing

job losses and homelessness. Our goal as an Association is to be able to help even more and as we continue to grow, we truly feel we can make a difference. In 2021 we would like to expand our rescue and rehoming efforts, but also start meet and greets via Zoom meetings, expand our YouTube network, offering educational information for anyone that wants to learn more about Wolfhounds. We are always open for suggestions on how to improve !

I want to thank all of you that have supported us as we grow and learn. Without all of you we wouldn't exist. We constantly face a barrage of bullying and harassment but among our Association, we have a safe and friendly environment that is all welcoming and non judgmental. Happy New Years to all of you from the Board of NIWA - Jennifer Ahrens, Beth O'Neal, Nanette Marks
